The Wooooo! Coin is blockchain-based digital token designed as a commemorative token for fans of Ric Flair. The token’s functionality depends on autonomous code running on the Ethereum network. Your use of the token is entirely at your own risk. 

The token is available on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 

You assume all risks associated with using the token, and digital assets and decentralized systems generally, including but not limited to, that: (a) digital assets are highly volatile; (b) using digital assets is inherently risky due to both features of such assets and the potential unauthorized acts of third parties; (c) you may not have ready access to digital assets; and (d) you may lose some or all of your tokens or other digital assets. You agree that you will have no recourse against anyone else for any losses due to the use of the token. For example, these losses may arise from or relate to: (i) incorrect information; (ii) software or network failures; (iii) corrupted digital wallet files; (iv) unauthorized access; (v) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; or (vi) third-party activities. 

This site does not collect any personal data, and your interaction with the site and the token will solely be through your public digital wallet address. Any personal or other data that you may make available in connection with your use of the token may not be private or secure. By using this site or otherwise acquiring the token you represent (i) you are not in, under the control of, or a national or resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine, or any other country or region subject to a U.S. embargo; (ii) you are not listed on any sanctions asset blocking list or export denial list maintained by the U.S., EU, UK, Canada, and UN, such as the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (“SDN List”) administered by the US Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) or the Entity List administered by the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security; or (iii) you will not conduct any transaction with any person located in a country or region subject to U.S. economic sanctions or that is on the SDN List or other list enforced by OFAC.
